Because Vertex sources candidates from India, Pakistan, Nepal, and African countries for deployment to the UAE, personal data is transferred across borders as part of the ordinary recruitment and deployment process. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to:

Candidate data that is no longer required — for example, from applicants who are not selected or placed — is retained only for a reasonable period for future opportunity matching, unless you request earlier deletion.
